In The Noose: Weekend Review

You may remember back in February State Department spokesperson Marie Harf said terrorists just needed jobs.  Maniacal laughter ensued.  Then last week it was announced that the burned out Quiktrip store in Ferguson Missouri would be rebuilt into a job training center.  Is anybody else thinking what I'm thinking?

Islamist terrorists stormed a museum in Tunisia killing tourists.  Which brings us back to a quote by the French speaking John Kerry I used in another post.

“Our citizens, our world today is, despite ISIL, despite the visible killings that you see and how horrific they are, we are actually living in a period of less daily threat to Americans and to people in the world than normally.” – Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday

McConnell Fires Up His Battle Against Obama's 'War on Coal'

"However, the administration has hit back at McConnell while warning that the effects of the alleged overheating of the planet due to greenhouse gas emissions could be disastrous for future generations." - NewsMax
Overheating of the planet, huh? I remember quoting another such claim.

"Flash back to Monday, March 20, 2000: “According to Dr. David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become a very rare and exciting event,” the UK’s Independent reported. “‘Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,’ he said.” - Duluth News Tribune
